When I came home from Florida I was lost and broken... I came to the Christian Aid Center and they took me in and helped me out a lot! Im grateful for everything they did for me!
We come and cook dinner a few times each year. Last Monday smoked Turkey in chicken soup Gravy. We made Hawaiian Haystacks with chopped celery tomatoes pineapple grated cheese rice. We ate with the patrons it was yummy. We are so glad to serve those nice people.
5 years ago I was homeless in Walla Walla and stayed a night at the Christian Aid Center, today I have a full time job and a roof over my head and I am now able to give back to my community in ways I never could have before, thank you Christian Aid Center!
Christian aid center is a light house for walla walla. I arrived here in Dec. 2014 broken and given up on myself. But God and the staff believed in me even when I couldn't. Today I have my drivers license back. My own place, engaged to be married. And most importantly a firm foundation with my lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Before I decided what I was going to do with God, he decided what he was going to do with me. He turns our messes into messages. God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Great place, good people. Very caring staff. Felt like home.
