Esmeralda and Ann Marie are both property managers for this site and the sister property in Aransas Pass. Both of these women are extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no maintenance on site for your needs at either property. The mobile homes are covered in mold and falling apart. The trees are hanging over the roads and rubbing against homes- no tree service. There is junk lying around the homes and no enforcement of cleanup.
