I have been with this agency since 2006! Do not have enough words to describe. Very professional, great response time! Nick is the owner and he is doing an amazing job! I have been a customer of Christi Insurance for a few years since my policy was transferred to them from another agency. Over the years, I experienced prompt service from the customer service reps handling my policies. As of the last year, policy servicing completely dropped off. On multiple occasions, I've sent 5+ emails and left multiple voicemail messages to request policy changes, vehicle additions, quotes on new policies, and my requests were ignored completely every time. The Nursing staff, CNA's as well as the. & Occupational Therapist's are all well educated and trained in their particular fields. To single one out better than the other would be unfair. Having a deep respect and memorable experience with each that has giving me A better outlook for the rest of my retirement. Manor Care is fortunate to have dedicated employees that I"ve had the pleasure of being with over the coarse of my stay for two, 5 week visits.
