I would actually rate them at an absolute zero. Absolutely terrible experience any time I have been there. Besides waiting over a month in a half for an appointment then called, they had an opening so I got in earlier, they gave me the wrong date, so I took time off work to go to the appointment and they refused to see me on the day they told me to be there because whom ever made the appointment put in in on another day.
