They were knowledgeable and trustworthy. Other repair shops didn’t want to even touch a busted CVT. Even though it took longer to fix our car than expected I didn’t feel at all unsure about their work or words. Went above and beyond what was required. Hopefully don’t need to ever go back there lol but would call them if so.
Nate delivered exceptional service to me in a time of need. The wheel bearings on my boat trailer heated up and could go no further. Nate came to me on a Sat evening to fix the bearings right away. I was amazed at his service and kindness.
My husband and I were traveling on vacation from Iowa. Going over the Rocky Mountains the truck started to make a horrible noise. Thinking it might be our transmission we contacted this facility first thing Monday morning. They told us to bring it right over which we did. They took for a test drive and determined it was wheel bearings not the transmission.
