Very Disappointed Christensen's refinished an oak dining room table for me in April 2013 at a cost of $550. Upon delivery I complained that the table looked dull. I was told they had to sand or steel wool the top coat because of irregularities, which dulled the satin finish. Later I noticed the sanding and the thickness of the finish looked inadequate. several very shallow surface dings had not been removed by sanding and there is a very noticeable dent/dip in the top when the light is right.
