I rented a uhaul from this place through mobile check in he was 2 hours late giving me the key. Truck wasn’t in the right place it was boxed in by other trucks had to wait longer till his old slow self moved the other trucks !!! I returned it he charged me extra money no deposit back then when I called to ask about it he hung up on me. Rude & racist an a thief don’t waist ur time or money . Fast forward two weeks later he’s still trying to charge my card!

Horrible customer service. Running my card for extra days on a uhaul trailer without permission. We were going to be late so we called to make sure there wouldn’t be any more charges but they still charged me anyway. Called to talk about it and got hung up on.

I've used Mr. Christensen's services a few times. He was the receiving agent for U-Haul one-way rental when I moved to the area. He later rented a trailer to me so I could bring a large item home from Menards, and he fixed the wiring on my trailer hookup. He is not a big operation. He is very informal, and this could be mistaken as being curt or rude, but he has been around for many many years, and has not been known to bite a single person.
