Absolutely terrible! She ran tests but would never respond when I asked what the results were. She said she could help with my arthritis but refused to provide any assistance when she knew how badly I felt. After all that and waiting she claimed she doesn't help people with discomfort stating "that's not what I'm here to do". She then accused me of drug seeking for pain meds. Melissa has treated my husband and me for the past several years. She is very knowledgeable on treatment for RA. She not only takes care of her patients medical needs, but is also intetested in their entire well being. She is always friendly and makes you feel like a friend.
