I am writing this so other potential clients aren't wrongly turned away when they're going through a tough time. I would have rather not gotten a response at all than be given incorrect advice. Even after explaining the situation, it was still not understood or rectified. I have the email and text message correspondence from an intake specialist at Christensen Law, but I do not want to call out any individual. Other firms were able to help thankfully.

I called back in Spring. I am writing this so other potential clients aren't wrongly turned away when they're going through a tough time. Sometimes there are no criminal charges in a case and law enforcement suggests you to sue civilly because that's the only thing you can do to hold someone accountable.
