Last Friday I brought my engagement ring in looking to have it reset as I did not like the thin setting the ring was purchased with. Everyone was super welcoming and kind! They offered different options at an amazing prices and had my piece completed and ready to pick up the follow Thursday. So first off, I'm hard on my rings...like, super hard, and therefore do a lot of damage to them. I took these in and asked them to fix them - one had a broken band and one had a missing stone. They fixed them both in a week, for a very reasonable price, and had them both looking brand new. Forever customer here!
