My husband and I were represented by this firm, working with William Hansen and his team, during a motorcycle accident case. Living far away, we were only able to physically meet with the team one time; we felt important and worthwhile the moment we stepped inside their offices. Not impressed. I hired a lawyer for my divorce so I wouldn’t ever have to communicate with my ex again and to have someone to advocate for me. I didn’t feel like either of those things happened. After too many unanswered emails, my lawyer leaving the firm to then be reassigned and still not feel like I had someone fighting for me. When I had questions about the bill, no response.
