This law firm was completely disorganized and disrespectful. Kept putting me on hold only to keep asking why I’m calling. Their lack of professionalism and incompetence is shocking! And to top it off, their receptionist hung up on me mid sentence. There are too many good law firms to have to deal with people like them. It’s already difficult to know the good law firms from the bad law firms. This wad a pretty quick sign of how they operate. Skip to the next option.
It's a 4.5 rating. Top notch firm...I hired Todd...communication could be better... but, we as clients, have only one case...attorneys have (good ones) multiple. While I understand that...it needs to be pointed out. As for Todd...straight up guy. Knowledgeable, openness to hearing your voice...am I'm a difficult person, especially when someone comes after me...
