My experience with this company was less than stellar. Listed below are what concerns me the most, and why I am skeptical to recommend: - Lender credits and other financing discount options for which I qualified due to my high credit scores were not offered until a competing lender offered them to me, despite my repeated requests to Christensen Financial; - I was told that I had approval on a loan prior to that actually being the case.
