Upon booking my appointment I gave my insurance information and they told me they took it. I waited two and a half weeks for a root canal that was partially already done and have been in so much pain. Only to be told by the receptionist upon arrival that they didn’t take my insurance. Dr. Christensen was amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and my root canal was a breeze thanks to him. He made sure to explain every step and was always checking in on me to make sure I was okay. I planned on being there for an hour and a half and he got it done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend going to him. Could not be happier.

He said I didn't need a root canal when, as it turned out, I really did. I could have done without the extra time in pain. He also spoke badly of my dentist, saying he had wasted my time giving me antibiotics for the infection in my tooth... but isn't that exactly what antibiotics are for? Even if my dentist had been wrong about that it wasn't good practice to speak negatively of another professional.
