I remember the first time I went to see Dr. Ashley Christensen. I have a terrible fear of dentists and the entire office was so caring, kind and making sure I felt comfortable. I really appreciate this. I have even recommended this practice to my friends. Thank you so much for working with me since I don't have dental insurance.
We are a family of 4 clients at this practice, my previous dentist will tell me in advance that we used up all out dental allowance from the insurance so that I can make an educated decision if I need X-rays or the exams.My husband asked Millie if the X-ray was covered and she confirmed that his X-ray will be covered under the insurance Instead they let do all the procedures X-rays, cleaning and exam and then tell you that you owe money. I had an initial consultation visit and was met by a friendly front desk experience. Sherri then took x-rays and was a delight! We actually had fun! I then met with Dr. Christensen who exhibited the "bed-side manner" I was searching for in a compassionate, gentle manner. He made a plan that we both agreed upon and he completely put me at ease looking toward the issues at hand.
