We are a family of 4 clients at this practice, my previous dentist will tell me in advance that we used up all out dental allowance from the insurance so that I can make an educated decision if I need X-rays or the exams.My husband asked Millie if the X-ray was covered and she confirmed that his X-ray will be covered under the insurance Instead they let do all the procedures X-rays, cleaning and exam and then tell you that you owe money. I had an initial consultation visit and was met by a friendly front desk experience. Sherri then took x-rays and was a delight! We actually had fun! I then met with Dr. Christensen who exhibited the "bed-side manner" I was searching for in a compassionate, gentle manner. He made a plan that we both agreed upon and he completely put me at ease looking toward the issues at hand. The female dentist pulled a tooth on my husband. Some of the tooth stayed in. She didn't inject the shot numbing agent into to gum. The partial tooth remained in gum. They refused to take it out. It is now infected. We had to go to another dentist to fix her screw up. We had insurance but it wasn't to their liking. They treated us like secondary patients with no worth. Well.
