We hired Christensen Contracting and had a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Dave was a pleasure to work with and added his experience and insight into the job. Buyer Beware! My experience with Christensen Contracting Corp from Wheaton IL was anything but pleasant. The Christensen home I fell in love with and contracted to buy in June 2023 turned into a nightmare I could not run away from fast enough. The house was way overpriced by $100K+. Two appraisals confirmed the asking price was too high. There were several major inspection items the sellers refused to address.
