I had blepharoplasty years ago. I've been told by several eye doctors that too much of the tissue from my lower lid was removed causing my very dry eyes all these years. They don't close tight, and I have to use eye drops all the time. At night, I use eye ointment. Please go to someone who specializes in this procedure to get the best results.
