awesome, awesome, awesome! on two separate occasions they fixed my flat tire for free. tires that were purchased elsewhere! I brought my car in for an alignment. saved at least $40 compared to other local shops. yesterday when I felt a strange wobble while driving in the snow storm, with no hesitation, I called Big Brand. They were very honest.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I thought I needed something I didn't need.They told me I didn't need it. I will go to them for my tires next month all because they were friendly and honest. It's hard to find an honest place anymore.Thank you.
Not very happy with the way they do business. They listed my miles on my paperwork lower than it actually was when I arrived there. They said they had the weight/type of the oil I requested (5-30) when I made the appointment and then once there they told me they had something similar(0-30)and then ended up putting in 0-20 weight, in my car, which I had no idea until I looked at the paper work. I paid double for synthetic oil which last longer and they listed my miles lower for my next oil change.. pretty sure I will never go... read more
This place is a rip off when I asked how much a diagnosis would be thy quoted me 186 which ended in a total of $366 for a diagnosis because they charge per problem that comes up. Save your money and go to an actual mechanic. When I asked for a print out what they were charging me for they didn’t even specify on phone
