These guys were contracted by Boone county to resurface the roadway on the south end of Alfalfa Rd North of Columbia. Starting on Wednesday September 15th and concluding Tuesday the 21st, they proceeded to grind large sections of road surface down to the base concrete, leaving sharp straight cut edges across the roadway that dipped down sharply before immediately going straight up.
