I hired Dylan and Christensen to install a whole home humidifier. It went well and charged a fair price. As a result, I hired him to replace an HVAC system that cost me over $18k.I ultimately had several issues outlined below: 1. We agreed each room would have a dedicated return. I ultimately caught that they had ran one of the ducts to a different return box that was as an open vent. Ultimately, it would have rendered the return in that room completely useless. Scott Hale heating and air conditioning wanted $750 to replace our condenser, If they could even get the part in. But he said our system was sold that we'd be better off getting a new system and that was $10,000. Christensen Air Solutions came in and said a condenser was a very common problem and he even had 30 of them on his truck. He was in and out in 30 minutes or less and charged us $218. Dylan has been wonderful to our family! Our ac has been having issues after it just has been replaced 3 years ago by a previous company. Our coils keep freezing and we are loosing Freon like crazy. Dylan has done great diagnosing to figure what issues has happening and contacted the manufacture to help get this solved. Dylan has been awesome at communicating any issues or potential problems that may arise if this is a manufacture issue. He’s helped our family out tremendously!
