Dr Goolsby was OK. But her staff- Worst doctors office group I’ve ever seen in my life. Incompetent. Date of service was 1/26/18 for a well women’s PREVENTATIVE exam and here I am 2/17/19 still getting sent to collections because nobody in that office is smart enough to code preventative for a preventative exam and it’s labcorp tests. They refuse to pick up the phone, send corrected claims, or help anyone in general.
Dr. Goolsby is great, but her office is completely incompetent and a billing nightmare. To start, I had an appointment at 8:45 am and no one had even opened the front door until closer to 9:10. Then I waited so long to be seen, but needed a urine test so needed to pee the whole time until I asked someone at the desk to just let me give my sample then keep waiting. At 9:45, 7 people were all in the waiting room (an hour after my scheduled, first appt of the day) and no one had yet to be seen. Finally get seen around 10 and ac... read more
Christen Goolsby is the best!! I have been a patient of hers for the past 3 years and I can honestly say that she has outstanding bedside manners, listens to all of your concerns and answers any and all questions thoroughly that you may have. She has a great attitude! If you are looking for a great female FNP, I highly recommend Christen Goolsby for your female medical needs. SHE IS THE BEST!!! Thank you Christen!
Dr. Goolsby is the best! She's VERY knowledgeable, she's funny and personable, and she explains things thourougly and in such a way that you completely understand. I never walk out of her office confused and full of questions, ask and she will answer! She also doesn't keep her patients waiting, your seen almost EXACTLY at your appointment time which is SO RARE when it comes to Doctors. (at least in my personal previous doctor experiences, including my kids pediatrician) If I could give Dr. Goolsby 10 stars, I would.
