My car was serviced today, and the staff did a great job explaining the work they did and pointing out any possible future issues. They provided me with last-minute, exceptional customer service by making sure I was taken care of and that the job was completed in a fair amount of time without cutting corners. I would not think twice about recommending LDV to family and friends.

Thank you to all the team here at Christchurch LDV, I was met with a big smile and friendly face when i first walked in, The sales team were busy, so i was show around to the coffee area where Emma kindly made me a drink and asked me what brough me in to see the team, she listened to my needs made me feel very comfortable. She past this information onto the sales team who were just amazing, they made me feel comfortable and at ease great service by all of the team.
