I simply cannot put into words the immense gratitude I feel for the incredible care my daughter received at Christchurch Hospital Emergency Department – Children’s Emergency Care and Orthopaedic services on 28.03.2026. No food or water for 2 days waiting for MRI. (Which never happened).Continual excuses which were clearly to "keep the patient quiet". Lie after lie after lie. Sub standard of care. Poor communication on all levels.

Pretty long waiting time to be honest, I understand that staff, Nurses, Doctors, Surgeons are all trying they’re best to get to everyone and do their job, but we need more staff, car parks/bigger drop/pick up zone here at Christurch Hospital. On the positive side, I liked the food but sometimes the food people got mixed up a lot and I understand that.
