The front desk staff and nurse were friendly and welcoming, which is the main reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider was disappointing. She appeared rushed, lacked communication, and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. I left feeling that I did not receive the care or treatment I came in for. Knowledgeable, friendly, took time for questions. Didn't feel rushed. Overall a great experience
Dr.Shuman was patient she listened to my concerns and offered me a pamphlet on a company that could possible help with my symptoms. I appreciate her feedback.
She was very kind and explained everything every step of the way
Visit was ok. Nurse made me feel very comfortable. Nurse was awesome!!! Doc didn’t make me feel comfortable at all but rather more uncomfortable. Even the exam she made it more uncomfortable by what she was saying. Needs better bed side manners!! I asked questions, and all I got was “I don’t know”. Not even a, “let’s look it up and find out”.
