9 out of 10 Don't recommend. Her medical assistant has no tact, unprofessional, and not aware of HIPPA. Every time I was in the office we had to be reintroduced. Never read my chart, always had to re explain my issue every time. Never felt seen or cared for. Every time I left her office I felt like my time was waisted and just another insurance bill.
These people are so rude, every person I have that came in contact with on the phone or in person out of her office has been nothing but very rude. They put the wrong phone number in the system for me. So I had to reschedule my appointment that I been waiting on for 4 months. Now the day of my new appointment I have to reschedule it again and the people on the phone are being rude again.
Best doctor ever! Love her!
All I can say is Dr.waller is amazing... Her professionalism,kindness and attentiveness is amazing. I'm always telling people about my doctor. The staff is just as nice
