Christa was super friendly and gave you a heads up about what to expect. The whole thing went by so fast, and it was totally painless!
My experience with Christa was excellent. I was seen a little before my appointment time by the assistant who thoroughly explained procedure to be done by Christa. Christa was very pleasant and conversed while operating- probably in part to make sure I was at ease. The assistant dressed the wound and provided post-op care sheet, making sure I had no questions. The entire time I spent there was under 30 minutes.
