My last order was placed online do to the pandemic, I ordered on a Sunday and was it in my mailbox on Tuesday. That’s even faster than Amazon seems to be most of the time in rural Minnesota! I've never been in the physical store but ordered shoes online. They arrived maybe 3 days at most after I ordered them (in a different state)! I was happy! She also had a little handwritten thank you card that my husband commented how nice that was!!
