3 days after moving to Idaho from the midwest, my life changed for the greater good after visiting here. I was looking for a gym that wasn't so costly, as I wanted to live healthier, and this Christian donation based gym just sort of was in my path. The idea of a free or donation-based sounded so strange to me and I couldn't get it through my head at the time that something bigger and greater was happening here. Amazing gym with amazing people! I’ve only been here twice but each of the coaches are very helpful, caring and kind! Robbie and Michelle are awesome!!!

Christ Fit Gym CDA has been absolutely life-changing for me! I tried going to other gyms, but I saw little improvement in my health. I wasn’t motivated enough. I needed accountability, community, and a push to be disciplined. The classes are tough, but so much fun, and that’s what I needed.
