Catherine Chiu is not reliable., very unethical on terms of communication. Talking to her on phone has no respect to clients at all. After paying them some money. They don't even file the papers on court . So absurd!
Mike is an amazing lawyer! He made a stressful situation feel a lot easier with his sense of humor and friendly attitude. He’s very helpful, understanding, and affordable, which I really appreciated. Cathrine, his secretary, was also so kind and patient, she always kept me updated and made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend them both!
Absolutely terrible service. I came in to get my IDs notarized and was met with incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I was informed that the lawyer was on break until 2 PM, which was fine, I told them I was happy to wait. Despite that, a woman with long hair repeated angrily that the lawyer was on break, as if I hadn’t just said I was willing to wait. Her tone was unnecessarily hostile for no reason.
