Excellent service. Addressed my concerns and was quick with a plan to solve my issues. I've worked with her before years ago and she is still an excellent advocate for her patients. This time I'm on the receiving end. Keep up the great job.
Made an appoint to see Christ-Ann and after waiting 2.5 hours in the waiting room they called me in to see the “doctor” who is instead a man. I was never notified at the time of making the appointment or at the time of my arrival that there would be a man in place of Christ-Ann. You cannot assume all women want to discuss their personal health with a man. If we are making the appointment to see you, then you are who we should see. All the bad reviews are accurate, if I could give zero stars I would. They are understaffed, front desk girls don’t know what they are doing and wait till last minute to give your forms or to tell you that you may have pay a copay, after you’ve been sitting there for a hour already. I requested to see a female practitioner since my first visit and was told last minute that she wasn’t there or had an “emergency “ and they didn’t know when she would be back, so I was forced into just seeing the male practitioner.
