I can’t give this young man enough praise for his work in our rv. He was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure things are right. The most impressive thing is his communication with us before and throughout doing his work. I was having a small leak in my trailer during heavy rain. Chris came out and was great, he took the time to really look and found the problem and resealed. Many thanks to Chris for great expertise and service! While camping in Boothbay, ME–600 mi from home and headed to the NH White Mountains, I lost breaking on my 5th wheel Cyclone (8 tons with cargo ). I suspected the issue to be related to a dramatic blowout last fall while traveling through Provo, Utah) Based on the past issue, he started by checking the brake wiring. Chris arrived just a couple of hours after our request for service. Our awning had succumbed to a heavy rain, and after troubleshooting, he decided it would be most safe to remove the awning. He was fast, friendly and very knowledgable.
