Jesse did a good job of installing the new water heater. Took 2 hours in and out. Neat work
We had a similar issue. We were remodeling a bathroom and needed a valve replaced. Chris came out and looked at it and said he would order the valve. I contacted him twice to get a status and he said he was busy but would call when he got the part. We never heard from him again. We wasted three weeks waiting for him.
We hired Chris to complete plumbing, including radiant floor heating boiler, for new home construction in Angel Fire, NM. He was to be completed by July 2016 and as of September 10, 2016 he still has not finished. He "has been in contact with boiler manufacturer" for over 2-months and still doesn't have the boiler/radiant floor heating working correctly.
