Returning from a vacation cruise, we were literally stranded right outside of Galveston in our 2025 Ford Explorer ST on the freaken coldest day of 2026! We could not find any repair shop open since it was 10am on a Sunday! We called Chris and without hesitation, he agreed to open up his shop and help us out! He was literally our guardian angel.
