I took my Buick Rendezvous to this shop to have an 02 sensor replaced. Chris replaced it quickly and charged me less than I thought he should have. The people at this shop were very nice and honest.
I just left the shop wanting an estimate for air conditioning repairs. This guy was so rude I just left before telling him what I wanted. He really needs a lesson in customer service.
I have been using Chris's Auto Repair for awhile now and He is the only one I trust to give me a fair price and service. I have taken my friends car to him and she was like woooo this is better then when I bought it. He goes above and does the extra that makes me remember how it use to be when people didn't have to fill their own gas tanks. I know that just dated myself but I know good work and good service when I see it. I went into this place over a year ago and had a horrible experience. I wrote a bad review then, but I guess it was taken down somehow. I drove all the way from Euless to go here because my sister had been taking her car there and she said he was nice and fair. I just wanted a tune up, he said that I had a cracked bolt or something like that (which I'm not claiming I didn't) but, he didn't tell me that he wasn't going to be able to fix it that day! Chris has worked on my two vehicles, and both of my sons vehicles for a loooong time, I have never had a problem with a diagnosis or a repair. I have had my mother-in-laws car over there and my aunt’s car taken there, no problems. Chris is very good. Pat Pitts - Crowley Texas
