These people are just as insane and disgusting as the other reviews imply on their properties. Telling children they can't visit their grandfather because they ran outside to get to their grandpa's door. How unbelievably rude of a six year old child. Petty and pathetic. I hope the government shuts these slum lord's down.
This company does an excellent job of ensuring affordable hosing is sustainable and available to those who need it. What they do takes a lot of hard work and is often a thankless job, but without them we would loose many affordable units at a time when we are in a deficit for those units. They go above and beyond to work with communities to fit the neighborhood, utilize good materials and instill sustainability and energy efficiency into their buildings.
