Chris Wylie was the sellers representative in my parents recent home purchase. Her seller falsified his sellers disclosure and knowingly concealed defects in the home during their walk through. My parents now have to spend $20k+ on repairs that should have been disclosed to them prior to making an offer on the home. It is extremely unlikely that Chris Wylie was unaware of these items which makes me question her professional ethics. If she was unaware, then she is incompetent.
