Realestate agents come in a lot of flavors. Chris is more like a neapolitan ice cream crossing over many genres. Friendly from the first time I met him. Extremely punctual and attentive to any needs or questions I had going up to signing my lease and even in the year since. There are 1000’s of agents out there, but wouldn’t you rather have a friend help you? That’s what you get when Chris is your guy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for their realestate needs no matter how big or small.
Chris helped make sure we were taken care of during our home buying experience. We were having issues with our builder and Chris stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of. He truly made the experience easier and solved all the issues quickly. I will definitely have Chris as our realtor for all future purchases.
Chris is the best! He is professional and fun while remaining tenacious yet patient and understanding of his clients’ needs. He helped my daughter find & buy her first home in an incredibly competitive market with his perpetual optimism in an often disappointing situation. We were so impressed that I recommended him to friends who are in a decidedly different market but with the exact same traits found in Chris!
My husband and I moved to the Okaloosa County area from out of state, and I really can’t express how lucky we were to have had Chris as our realtor. It was a privilege to have such a reliable, responsive, knowledgeable person helping us navigate the home buying process. Coming from out of state, and having time constraints because of my husband’s job, we had one weekend come to town and pick a house.
