I can’t say if he is a good Dr or not! He was highly recommended. But my son’s appointment was at 4.00 pm. We checked in early as it was his first visit n that always involves paperwork. It’s now 6.21 pm and we are still waiting to see the Dr. if it wasn’t for the fact that it took over a month after the referral to get the appointment I would have already walked out. If the wait to see the Dr is going to take awhile they should inform you of this when you make the appointment, so you can plan accordingly. . It’s now 645 pm.... read more

First let me say that my low rating had nothing to do with Dr. White as my surgeon or the outcome of my surgery. He is top notch in that area. My rating has to do with billing. I had my third follow up post surgery appointment on 1/2/2024. I was scheduled for 8 am and arrived before that and was checked in shortly thereafter. I was then placed in an exam room and waited for 1 hour before moving to another exam room. Terrible! I do not recommend Dr. White or his office at all! He came into the room, barely made eye contact, told me I could need between a 2-18 hour exploratory surgery to remove my parathyroid gland and that he would refer me to Charleston. This appt. was August 4th. I called his office twice over the next 2 weeks and was told I just had to wait. They could not tell me if my paperwork had been sent or not. Very unorganized and uncaring.
