Chris wasn't able to setve all the needs we had, he told us so honestly and referred us to someone who could. We were very grateful for honestly, advice and referral.
Spoke with Chandler at this office, was incredibly helpful and willing to help even though my inquiry was outside of their practice areas. He seemed more than happy to provide several referrals and even looked up all their numbers for me. Awesome interaction which is rare in this industry!
If I had one word to describe Chris Wharton, it would be diplomatic. Chris represented me through a complex divorce and custody case involving my son, who is not biologically linked to me. As an LGBTQ family, there were legal issues that went beyond a typical divorce, and Chris did an excellent job navigating the complexities while keeping the focus on what mattered most. I really liked working with this team, they were nice, answered my questions well, and helped push for the things I wanted. The dogs also are a nice bonus.
Wharton Law really had my back through a high conflict divorce. They were courteous, timely, and kind, patient with me while holding firm boundaries with my ex. They would not let me get steamrolled. Chris was very knowledgable and familiar with the terrain of divorce, and brought up items that I wouldn't have thought to negotiate (never having done this before).
