Chris Wells agreed to put up a building for a set price. He got maybe 1/3 of the way through the project and billed me for over half. At this point so much of his work was done poorly he never came back and I was stuck with what he did. This has cost me 10s of thousands of dollars at this point. He could care less. He got 30k for 2 maybe 3 weeks worth of work and walked away.
