We got our house built with them in time.But since they got paid their service and repairs are non existent.You contact them with something and the customer is not right there is no common sense involved or they just legislation .We had good service for a couple of weeks but that was it. I’ve had issues with most trades involved with my build. Still having issues regarding the electrician and plasterer after 3years!! All I get is lip service and excuses. They seem to have very little control of some of their tradesmen or insurers. The amount of my time wasted with the poor workmanship regarding my build has been really unfair. Happy to be in and settled, the build had delays but really happy with our new home.
Very happy with the 2 houses that we have had built at Boyne island constant updates and photos of progress and quality of finish will be building again with these great guys
