Absolutely fantastic customer service.. Recently purchased a bike from them with the assistance of Adam and Chris who were great throughout the process!! This was my first bike purchase although i have 20years car experience, i can honestly say this dealer were actually professional and considerate!! I would certainly go back for a future purchase or to carry out any servicing needs as i have 100% faith and confidence in them which is completely rare these days!!! Highly recommended with a big thanks to Adam!!!
I bought a second hand machine from this establishment. I was made to feel welcome from the get go! Adam on the sales desk was very efficient. Everything that he said happened. Mark who delivered my machine was also a spot on chap. Would recommend this dealer.
Brought my Ninja 1000sx here for annual service. The dealership is impressive with both Kawasaki and Ducati bikes. Despite me asking for an Akrapovic specific exhaust gasket to be replaced at short notice, this was sourced and fitted at the same time as the service which was really appreciated. Cost was reasonable too. I’ll be coming back.
