Resized 2 rings beautifully in less than a day for $70. (Dropped off rings around 1pm and got a call around 6pm.) Rings were well polished, diamonds tightened and inner engraving (initials and wedding date) was still intact. Service was friendly. Would definitely go to them again for something like this; a very good experience.
Chris Peterson and his staff were fabulous to work with! They made the whole design process fun and exciting-it is obvious they love what they are doing. Chris's enthusiasm, attention to detail and creativity were exactly what we were looking for in a designer! OK, not to brag or anything, but I have the most beautiful ring in the world and it was perfectly made by Chris W Petersen. He listened to what my honey was looking for, and made it look great. You would be dumb to pay more for less at a chain store. REALLY.... GO AND SEE HIM in his little- hard-to-find office, you and your sweetheart will not be sorry!
