Chris has been so responsive and instrumental in securing renter's insurance for our student's off campus housing. We highly recommend him and State Farm for local insurance in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.
Very good customer service! Prepared homeowners insurance very quickly and made good discount coupled with car insurance. The only caveat is State farm does not allow insurance policy changes immediate as in Geico, I have to go back to local office for help, same thing when policy is expired, eventhough I pay the bill, it does take a few days to be reflected and active in account
Good products but hard to get on the phone sometimes.
