I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Tran and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Tran took the time to explain each part of the exam, answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated his attention to detail and care. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Tran.
Dr. Tran helped me tremendously after experiencing regular squinting and headaches that only got worse with time. He immediately knew that I had been over-prescribed for almost 10 years which was causing long-term harm, along with wearing contacts that didn’t account for my astigmatism for as long as I can remember. I just recently visited and Dr. Tran and all staff were great. He listened to all my concerns and took care of everything I needed. Will for sure book again in the future. Everything was very clean and no wait time.
Went to see Dr Tran since I’ve been having a hard time seeing distance. After the test, he told me a FEW times he gave me 2 prescriptions so I DON’T BUG HIM wait what? It’s been 2 years since my last appointment! Very rude and unprofessional. Won’t be going back. BTW- the staff was friendly
