Chris Tech has been absolutely outstanding! He’s worked across all 16 of my service stations throughout Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and every time, he’s delivered top-quality service. Reliable, professional, and incredibly efficient — Chris always goes the extra mile to get the job done right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable tech support in the service station industry. His cameras have saved me so much money on drive offs and shoplifters.
As the Secretary of a large estate, with over 250 unit we have installed Security Surveillance Hardware with Software integrated by user friendly devices installed and maintained by Chris-tech. Chris-tech has enabled off site viewing with simple to use viewing via an app. Chris-tech is always available to rectify any issues with consistent friendly professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend too any individual or company in using Chris-tech for installation service or advice for your security needs.
I have regretted many times over the last 18mths using Chris to install our security system. We spent close to $9k on the system. In chasing follow up support for the many issues we have had I have always been made to feel like a nuisance, a bit stupid & like I am imposing. The extra hundreds I have spent on getting external trades to help fix problems has added to the cost and I wish I’d gone elsewhere..you will too.
As a business that understands what customer service is ourselves I would warn others to stay well clear of CHRIS-TECH !!! Very poor communication not to mention how very unreliable and unprofessional they are!! Take your business and send it where it will be appreciated and you will be treated with courtesy.
