I’m really sorry to feel the need to write this, but it’s completely deserved. I have used Chris For years as my plumber. Never had a problem. He’s not much of a personality or a conversationist, but I wasn’t hiring him for that. Last week, I called him to replace an external faucet on the side of the house. I got the bill which was $334. Chris replaced a shower valve for me. It was a bigger job than expected as after 20 years the handle screw was stuck and the handle needed to be cut off. He came back the next day with a replacement handle and replaced the cartridge. His price was very fair. I would definitely use him again.

Chris Sheppard Plumbing,Seymour Ct. I wanted work done.He did minor welding before,I thought he would be professional.I live in the same town(BRck).My shower diverter valve was leaking.I asked to replace the diverter,as well as my hot water valve(had).Then all 3 would be modernized.The diverter Chris bought was bad immediately,tub water shot up and out of the shower unit.He stalled and asked if the tub spout was bad(No).He never brought me another diverter from any plumbing supply store,nor refunded me that part.I ordered a ... read more
