Very bad customer service!!! Was given a receipt with someone else's name on it. I asked why it was under someone else's name and I was told it might be a previous owner of the vehicle. I simply asked for the name to be changed (for potential warranty issues) and the young kid got put out. Said I would need to wait at least 5 min because everything had to be deleted and re done.
