I had plantar fasciitis for a few months and was trying to stay off it hoping it would eventually get better. I bough all sorts of insoles and gimmick for plantar fasciitis online.. I wish I had saved my money. The moment I put on the customer made insoles Chris supplied I could walk. I honestly couldn't get over the difference straight away.
