Chris was an Amazing presence in general, very calm, respectful & observant. Not only was he that by just being present- he took action right away on making orders while listening to what I was discussing with Dr. Patil - the initiative he takes on his own on actions in general says a lot about his character. Any questions I had he would take time to answer & ALSO after coming back just to let me know about my results which were just that I was clear for me to finally be discharged- he answered the MILLION follow up question... read more
First doctors and staff get a bunch of complaints that they rush their patients and don’t take the time to listen, and now when they do take the time to listen (which will push over the other appointments) you are complaining. This is the risk you take with any appointment, it may be on time or delayed. Prepare better next time to have a broader window—I’m sure you wouldn’t be complaining if you had a bunch of questions he took more time to address with you—this is to the one person who made a negative complaint about a grea... read more

I had an appointment at 11:00 am and arrived 15 minutes early like they requested. After having my vitals were taken, I was left alone in a small exam room for 30 minutes totally unattended. After rounding up my nurse, I was informed he was still busy with a previous patient. After I stated that this was unprofessional and disrespectful to a patient,she stated she was unaware of what was taking him and how much longer he would be. Then she stated I could reschedule.
