Chris Rose was professional and helped with every step. He was honest and described the process completely. Highly recommended.
This guy is like a bottom feeder scum bag. It’s the best way to describe my experience with him. He is suppose to be an agent helping his customers but instead he is a rude, complete idiot who spends his time trying to deny your claim. He bullies contractors, closes your claim while your trying to get estimates and State Farm is by far the worst ins company on the planet. DO NOT BUY INS FROM THIS GUY OR STATE FARM
Chris Rose is very unhelpful and denied my legitimate claim. He called and bullied any contractors that came to my house for estimates. He kept closing my claim while I was still getting estimates. He obviously gets paid to deny claims. Do not ever use State Farm for any insurance needs. They are a horrible company that does not help at all and they just are there to take your money and not pay out anything.
